Lac Attack Mayan Goodbyin'

This is my first Lac Attack polish! I was intrigued by Mayan Goodbyin' when it was released in honor (or celebration) of the Mayan Apocalypse. Since this was a limited edition polish and the last day to buy it was December 21st-- I took the plunge and snatched up a full size bottle after seeing Amanda's swatches on her blog, Fashion Footing. Mayan Goodbyin' is chock-full of glitter-- gold, red, orange and dark brown in a clear base.

I decided to layer Mayan Goodbyin' over Essie Sand Tropez, which is a lovely beige neutral. I used about a coat and a half. I did dab this on my nail, but it was extremely easy to move the glitter around my nail. I love this mix of glitters!

I love how this looks over the light neutral base, but I think it would look pretty over a brown or a plum. I'm definitely going to be coming back to this polish in future.

As I said, this is my first Lac Attack polish, but it definitely won't be my last! I loved this polish and I definitely want to pick up a couple polishes from the "Magical Musings" collection, in addition to some of the matte glitter polishes! The polishes are also reasonably priced ($8 for a full size bottle) and shipping is low ($2, at least for one polish).
