Julep Popova

Hey, this is the second to last polish from the Julep + Trina Turk collaboration, Julep Popova! This is one of two green polishes in the collection. Julep describes Popova as a "youthful kelly green creme." While this is definitely green, it's not as bright as other kelly green polishes out there.

Popova is a perfect Julep creme polish. In fact, it's almost too perfect. The formula spreads out extremely easily, so you definitely should be careful about how much polish you get on your brush/nail or you'll get pooling on the nail. Popova is extremely pigmented and could be a one coater. I used two coats here with no top coat

Similarly to Julep Annie, this polish has a certain dusty quality to it that brings down the brightness just a bit. I love this as an accent color.
