Julep Leah

I hope you all had an enjoyable Mother's Day weekend! I was out of town visiting both my parents and my in-laws, which was really nice. The weather has been so beautiful in the Pacific Northwest over the past few days and I have a great color for you tonight, Julep Leah. I believe I bought this polish from Julep around St. Patrick's Day when they were having a sale. Leah is a "vivid and refreshing grass green with a hint of shimmer." Similarly to Hayden, I didn't actually read the description and so when I put Leah on I was really surprised by the shimmer and I loved it.

Leah was a little on the sheer side, but three coats was enough to build it up and give me good coverage with no visible nail line. The formula was really nice and went on really smoothly.

Artificial light with flash:

You can definitely see the shimmer here and it's gorgeous.

I know I've said it before-- I usually don't go for greens-- but I really love Leah and I love the shimmer. It's subtle but really pretty. It's just such a great happy green color. A spot-on spring color for sure.
