Today I have another Julep polish, one that I added onto my April Maven box. This is Julep Jessica, which is described as a "soft and sweet baby blue creme." This is a delightful pastel blue color, perfect for spring.
Unfortunately, I wasn't very good with my notes on Jessica, but I'm 99% positive this was two coats. For a pastel, it was nicely pigmented and went on fairly smoothly with minimal issues. Actually, I thought the formula on this was a little on the thick side, but nothing unworkable. I actually wore this as a pedicure for about two weeks and loved it. It's not very bright and not muted, just a nice soothing blue color.

Jessica is a beautiful pastel blue, but it seems very similar to Zoya Kristen, except I think Jessica is a straight blue, with no grey in it. This shade definitely says spring to me-- it makes me think of Easter!
What a pretty blue!
